Once you register and book the course, you will be sent, via email, designs handpicked by us that have been specifically selected to allow you to complete the project within the 3 hour time frame. If you have any specific design requests, we will do our best to accommodate them depending on the complexity of the design and if it can be completed within the designated time. Also, if you would like to freehand a design, you are more than welcomed to do so. Please feel free to reach out to us with any further questions or concerns. We look forward to seeing you in the workshop!

Once you've completed your rug, you've got two options. You can either take it as is, or you can pay an additional $25 for us to provide some finishing touches. For that fee, we'll glue, apply backing fabric, and trim your rug to give it a professional finish. Just keep in mind that choosing this option will add a few days to the turnaround time, so plan accordingly.

Hey, we get it - life can be hectic and sometimes you just can't help being a little tardy. But if you're more than 25 minutes late to class, it's going to be a rough ride. Think of it like trying to catch up on a marathon - sure, you might be able to finish the race, but you're not going to have a great time doing it. To make sure you have enough time to fully enjoy your tufting experience, try to arrive 5-10 minutes early. We'll be waiting for you with open arms (and a whole lot of yarn)!

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the workshop. However, if you need to cancel your reservation and provide us with at least a week's notice, we will issue a 75% refund. If you prefer, you can also try to reschedule your booking for a later date if we have any available spaces. Please note that all bookings are non-refundable without the required notice period.

We welcome up to a maximum of 5 people per tufting session, ensuring a personalized and intimate experience for each participant. The cost is $85 per person per frame, guaranteeing focused attention and a memorable creative journey for all.
